EXCHANGES
We accept exchanges on full priced items for credit within 30 days from your date of purchase. Exchanged items must be in (1) new, (2) unworn, and (3) unwashed condition. If your item(s) qualify, you can email exchanges@totemism.co for instructions.
You're responsible for the cost of return shipping and/or any lost or damaged items. Once we receive your item(s), we’ll issue you credit that can be used towards another purchase.
Please, note that we don't offer refunds at this time and that "on sale," personalized, and/or custom items are final sale and can’t be exchanged.
